TravelOHike's payment and refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and ease for our travelers.
For payments, a booking amount is mandatory to confirm your spot. As the trek date approaches, the payment schedule requires additional percentages of the total trip cost:
Up to 21 days before the trek, only the booking amount is compulsory, while partial or full payments are optional.
Between 21-15 days, 50% of the payment becomes mandatory.
Between 14-8 days, 75% is required.
Within the last 7 days, 100% payment must be completed.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations, our policy ensures fairness:
Canceling up to 21 days before the trek allows a full refund, minus the booking amount, which is issued as a credit note for future trips.
Between 20-15 days, 25% of the trip cost is deducted, with the rest refunded.
Between 14-8 days, 50% is deducted, and the balance is refunded.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the trek do not qualify for a refund.
For those wanting to reschedule their trek, batch shifting is free up to 21 days before the trek. After that, it’s subject to availability and charges.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days and can either be adjusted for future trips or refunded to the original payment method.
